raspberrypi/pico-examplesをベースに最小限のプロジェクトを作成した。

マイコン向け環境構築は大変なイメージがあったが、Raspberry Pi Picoは非常に簡単だった。 これをベースにRaspberry Pi Picoで色々遊びたい。
